ROHM offers both ultra high-speed, fast recovery diodes and ultra low VF, fast recovery diodes with the RFxx3 and RFxx1 series.

ROHM’s RFxx3 series of ultra high-speed, fast recovery diodes are a result of an ultra high-speed process for diodes that greatly improves the tradeoff relationship between the VF and the trr. These diodes are used in the power supply blocks of plasma TVs and other similar devices to minimize power supply circuit switching losses and to provide a significant reduction in heat generation.
