PicoLED™ integrates the latest technology in the ultimate compact, thin package. Our PicoLED™ features the same level of brightness as conventional chip LEDs, but in a package size 53% smaller in area and with 74% less volume than standard 0603-sized products. PicoLED™-eco
The Ultra-compact chip LED with double the brightness at 1mA for longer battery life.
Features:
- Thin, ultra-compact size: 1.0mmx0.6mm, t=0.2mm (53% and 74% smaller in area and volume than the conventional 0603 size).
- High 1mA brightness – approximately twice as bright as conventional products.
- Reduces energy consumption in compact portable devices increasing battery life (approximately 50% less at the same brightness).
- High-reliability four-element structure (AlGaInP) prevents brightness degradation even after long-term, continuous use.
- Available in a range of colors: red, orange, yellow and green.

PicoLED™-RGB
ROHM offers the smallest RGB chip LEDs in the industry. The PicoLEDTM-RGB series provide full-color capability in an ultra-compact package featuring low power consumption with relatively high brightness. Two types are offered – top view and side firing – for broad compatibility.
PicoLEDT-duo
ROHM is expanding its lineup of PicLEDT - the industry's smallest - to include a series of high brightness, high efficiency dual Red/Green LEDs. At only 1.0x1.0mm, with a thickness of 0.2mm, these units provide the ideal solution for ultra-compact sets and next-generation miniature devices.
