ROHM’s PicoLED™

Our PicoLED features the same level of brightness as conventional chip LEDs, but in a package size 53% smaller in area and with 74% less volume than standard 0603-sized products. This makes the PicoLED ideal for use in high-density applications.

Environmental Policy

ROHM instituted an environmental policy that applies to all companies in the group and that conforms to the international standard ISO 14001 on October 20, 1997. On April 1, 2006, the contents were completely revised to be clear, concise and accurate in correspondence with the 2004 revision of ISO 14001.

Based on its environmental policy, the ROHM Group has clarified its mid and long-term objectives and initiatives, drawn up an annual implementation plan and proactively promote activities toward its achievements.

• By promoting these environmental activities we have avoided any infraction of environmental laws and have also maintained a level of management that fully satisfies all regulations.
• Regarding overseas waste recycling ratios, the ratio of recycling resources in China is low and improvement is under discussion.
